Athletes evening of honor

Last week Sunniva got the prize as the best female newcomer in our region here in Norway. It feels great to receive recognition for the work we put in and the results that we have achieved the last year. Sunniva became both European- and World Champion for youths last year, and she have started the elite career great as well. 

We had a great night together with Sunnivas family, coaches Kofi and Ole, Erik Nilsen from the federation, Steinar Braaten from the Olympic center and Kim-Anh (Ole`s girlfriend). As always Trøndelag Idrettskrets had put together a great night at Scandic Nidelven. We had great food and some really good artist, making it an evening we will remember. Sunniva also had the chance to say hello to the newly elected sports president, Zayneb Al-Samarai.
