Day off in Assisi

Sunday we had a day of from our twelve day long training camp in the beatiful city Assisi. This was the homecity to Saint Francis of Assisi. He is known as the founder of religous order of the Franciscans. He is one of the most venerated figures in Christianity. For those particularly interested you could read more about him here;) 

In 2000 got on the UNESCO World Heritage Site. If you are in Italy you should stop by! 

Sunniva and coach Ole took a walk in the city today and bought some present to those who are waiting for us at home (don`t tell them!!). We also had some very tasty bruschettas and pizza. 

After six days with two sessions per day it was really nice with a day off. Now we are ready for a new week with great sparrings!
