Travel letter from Canada day3

On the coldest and windiest day so far her in Montreal, Canada, we had our first rounds of free sparring today. Sunniva was doing four rounds with the World Champion Tammara Thiboult. It is this kind of sparring that we need to establish ourselves at the top of the world. Tammara has a long range, is southpaw and is generally a really good boxer, so this was a though test for Sunniva. But that`s the way we like it, to be the best we have to train with the best. 

Sunniva boxed better and better throughout the rounds, and with ten more days of the stay it will only be better and better as more confident she gets. 

On session two they had some different running tasks that the girls joined. 

The whole Canadian team is so friendly and including, we greatly appriciate that.
