World champion

Sunniva became the first world champion ever from Norway when she beat Angie Carolina 5-0 in the final of the world championship in Spain. She controlled the match from the first second, and she never looked back. The judges scored the first round 10-8, so they saw the same that we felt, Sunniva was just to good in this final. We knew that Angie had som good powershots, and that she could to big damage if she landed them well. But Sunniva follow the game plan 100% and was never hit by the colombian bombs. 

EUBC wrote after the match that this was the most supreme victory of all the finals.
