The qualification
In boxing there are qualifiers that one must win to be allowed a ticket to the Olympics. In Sunniva’s class (75kg) there will be 16 spots available and she has 4 shots to make it.

World Championship
April 2027, Kazakhstan.
Every other year, the World Champion of boxing is crowned. The ones who place 1st and 2nd in this Championship, will also be automatically qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games. -

Every continent hosts their own qualififiaction event, this way there will be boxers from all continents competing at the Olympics. In Europe, the ones that place 1st and 2nd in the European Games, are also qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games. -

1st world qualifier
2028, To Be Decided
After all continental qualification events have been held, there are hosted World Qualifications. Here boxers from all over the world gather to compete for the remaining spots. In the 1st qualifier, top 4 will be qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games. -

2028, To Be Decided
The final event of qualification. Here, the 1st and 2nd place of the tournament will be qualified for the upcoming Olympic Games.After this event, the 16 boxers have all earned their spot in the Olympic Ring, placed in LA in 2028.
